Within the Social Care Administration, approximately 1,200 dedicated employees work to provide support and care to those in need in our municipality. The work takes place within elderly care, home help services, disability services, and social psychiatry, as well as individual and family care.

We are now looking for two assistant nurses for Väderleksvägen!

Väderleksvägen is located in Västra Sjöstaden, spread over two floors and four residential units focusing on somatic disabilities. What we have in common is that we work together to create a safe and meaningful everyday life for the residents.

Job Responsibilities

We are looking for you who want to make a real difference in people's everyday lives. You will contribute to a good working environment and raise the quality of care for our users. Together with an engaged team, you will have the opportunity to create security, well-being, and development for people with different needs.

Your focus is to put the users' needs and well-being at the center. You provide nursing care, service, and social support based on individual needs and wishes. You work in close collaboration with other professional groups to ensure the best possible care and support. Your work includes documentation, drawing up and following up on implementation plans, and participating in development work carried out at the unit. Your work involves following documentation requirements according to current regulations and participating in the unit's development work.

As an assistant nurse with us, your duties may include:

• Providing nursing care and support to users with somatic needs.
• Assisting with personal care, service interventions, and social support.
• Performing delegated health and medical care tasks.
• Creating security and continuity through good treatment.
• Documenting interventions according to current routines and legislation.
• Collaborating with colleagues, nurses, and other professions.

Qualifications

We require that you:

• Have a protected professional title as an assistant nurse.
• Have good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing.
• Have good computer skills.
• Have had or currently have delegation for medical tasks.
• Have previous experience in the healthcare profession.

Meritorious: If you hold a B driving license and have access to a car.
