Are you looking for an active job where you get to meet people and make a difference every day? We are looking for you who want to contribute with care, competence, and engagement when it matters most.

We now need to strengthen our team and are therefore looking for a supervisor for a new daytime activity group to be established at the Vankiva Recycling Center within the integrated daytime activity.
The new group will assist with various routine tasks at the recycling center. The group will consist of you as the supervisor and a number of participants, and you will also have close collaboration with Ge o Fås daytime activity.
You will work with participants who, for example, have functional variations within the autism spectrum, intellectual disabilities, etc. We are looking for someone interested in working with this target group and in providing meaningful occupation within daytime activities. In your role as a supervisor, you will have the opportunity to independently plan, develop tasks and activities, and support the participants within daytime activities.
You will be working with:
- Providing meaningful occupation for our participants within daytime activities.
- Supervising participants' work tasks through motivation, verbal, and practical support.
- Working with clear pedagogy, being solution-focused, and having a low-affective approach in interactions.
- Documenting in digital systems, creating and working according to implementation plans, and reporting according to SBAR.
- Collaborating with nurses, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists as needed.
Hässleholm Municipality wants to create the best conditions for a sustainable working life, so that you can thrive, feel well, and experience joy in work. An important part is offering good benefits to our employees, such as a wellness allowance and the possibility to exchange holiday day allowances for free days.
Who are you?
You who apply are educated as an assistant nurse (undersköterska), have studied child and youth care – preferably with a focus on pedagogy and social work – or have other education that the employer considers equivalent.
You have experience working with people with functional variations, for example within the autism spectrum or intellectual disabilities. Furthermore, you have experience working with clear pedagogy and possess a low-affective approach in interactions.
Since documentation regarding participants is part of the job duties, you need to have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, as well as good computer skills. A Class B driver's license for manually shifted cars is required as transport is included in the position.
We value your personal qualities and are looking for someone who is confident, flexible, and takes responsibility for their own work tasks. You are proactive, have a professional attitude where you see the equal value of all people, and show empathy.
