From our global headquarters in Varberg, we handle everything from design and product development to sourcing, marketing, and sales. Our collections are presented on holdit.com and through carefully selected retailers in Scandinavia, Europe, Asia, and North America. ARE YOU OUR NEXT TRADE MARKETING COORDINATOR?
As our Trade Marketing Coordinator, you will be a vital link between our sales and marketing teams. We are a proud brand supplier to a mix of retailers, from niche fashion players to larger chains, which you support with various types of communication materials. Another key part of our presence in physical channels is trade shows and pop-up shops, which you plan, execute, and evaluate. You will be one of seven in our marketing team at the headquarters in Varberg but will work closely with our sales team on a daily basis.
Main responsibilities:
Trade Shows & Pop-Up Shops
- Project management of trade shows; from booking to booth design, transport, and setup
- Project management of pop-up shops; from booking to design, product display, transport, and setup
- Ongoing evaluation of our events, both financially and planning for storage, renovation, and reuse of materials and fixtures
Marketing Materials, Product Images & Texts
- Edit and format product images in Photoshop, compile product descriptions, and distribute them to our customers and distributors
- Drive customer-specific campaigns in dialogue with our larger customers and provide them with materials
Clinics & B2B Communication
- Design presentation and inspiration materials for store staff (clinics) together with the sales team
- Participate in store events and clinics
- Design and distribute newsletters with updates about the company and the brand
- Responsible for general updates on our LinkedIn
We believe you have
- Experience working with projects
- Experience in sales and communication
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Good knowledge of Photoshop (other programs within Adobe Creative Suite are a plus)
As a person, you are communicative, solution-oriented, receptive, and have an aesthetic sense. You are structured and enjoy taking responsibility from idea all the way to execution.
