We are now looking for an engaged teacher for a shared position at Vocational Introduction Care and Social Care and the Child and Leisure Programme for someone seeking opportunities for professional development and who thrives on challenging themselves, individually and together with others, in a larger collegial context. You will teach vocational subjects within care and social care at the Vocational Introduction, and vocational subjects such as Health Pedagogy, Nutrition and Health, and Basic Care and Social Care at the Child and Leisure Programme. The teaching follows both Gy11 and Gy25 curricula. Work-based learning (APL) and mentorship are included in the position. The work team shares joint responsibility for the students and for the development of the programme.

Responsibilities

Teaching, shared between Vocational Introduction Care and Social Care and the Child and Leisure Programme, and mentorship for students at the Vocational Introduction are the main responsibilities. In addition, the focus is on improving student learning through systematic school development. With us, you are involved in this development on several levels – the students', your own, and the organization's.

The guidelines in official documents stating that education must be based on scientific grounds and proven experience permeate how we organize both teaching and competence development. Qualifications

• Vocational teacher degree with authorization at the upper secondary level in vocational subjects/courses within the Care and Social Care Programme and the Child and Leisure Programme.
• Other education in pedagogical work that the employer assesses as equivalent.
• Substantial work experience in the field.

Merits

• Good pedagogical and didactic skills, as well as experience in teaching/guiding students at the upper secondary level.
• Good IT skills and experience with digital systems and tools.
