During this time, you work on consultancy assignments while receiving support, knowledge, and a network that makes the step to freelancing easier and more secure.

We are currently looking for you who are an experienced Java developer and ready for the next chapter in your career.

Who are you?

• You have an ambition to work as a freelancer in the long term
• You have 5+ years of experience as a developer
• You live in the Stockholm area and speak fluent Swedish
• You thrive in teams and are a good communicator
• You are curious, driven, and passionate about development

Experiences we are looking for:

• Java
• Spring
• Database management
• Testing
• Cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Containerization and Orchestration (preferably Docker & K8s)
• React/Angular/Vue or another frontend framework

Compensation

• Fixed salary: Security and stability as in a traditional employment
