We are now looking for an engaged and creative employee to join our team at Björklundaskolan in Piteå.

Responsibilities

As a resource staff member, you support students' development through play, creativity, and social interaction. You are an important part of the school community and collaborate closely with teachers and other staff at the after-school center to create an stimulating environment both during and after school hours. Contact and cooperation with guardians is also an important part of the job.

The role involves developing and driving pedagogical work in the school and during our after-school activities, together with other educators.

Qualifications

• Education as a childcare worker, social pedagogue, or social worker.
• We are also interested in candidates with other pedagogical education that is considered relevant.
• Good collaboration skills and a solution-oriented approach to work.
• Creativity, initiative, and a strong commitment to children and young people.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships with both internal and external partners, such as guardians and social services.

About the position

100% permanent position. Daytime hours. Location is at the lower primary school level in Öjebyn. Start date according to agreement.
