RESPONSIBILITIES
You will meet individuals in various life situations, and cases will vary. This may involve support and treatment, where you encounter children of different ages, parents, and adults seeking support for various needs such as NPD (Neurodevelopmental Disorders), violence, harmful use/addiction, and family work with networks. The treatment team works on assignments for children, young people, and adults.
Social work is fundamental to us. To understand each person's unique situation, collaboration is required, both internally and externally, as a prerequisite in social work for the individual's holistic situation. The goal of social work is to find and strengthen the individual's own resources, to promote everyone's opportunities for increased overall quality of life.
The foundation is working towards good contact, a high degree of motivational work, change and reinforcement work, both through good treatment, various support, and methods. We are in the startup phase of preventive work such as school social teams and interventions without needs assessment, where you and other colleagues in the treatment team will be involved and important.
Some of the methods used today include FCU, The Ladder, Talks on Violence and Talks on Freedom, AP, ACRA, and ABC groups.
We offer you a workplace with a positive atmosphere and good cohesion. Our goal is to strive for both a trust-based organization and trust-based employment, and as an individual and family worker, you will have the opportunity to grow and develop.
It is meritorious if you, as an applicant, have experience working preventively and with evidence-based methods within the social services' treatment work, preferably directed towards the target group of children and families.
This is independent work in the sense that you are responsible for the cases you work on in the assignments, and you have close cooperation with social secretaries. You will also receive continuous external supervision and have the opportunity to influence your work. The team is supported by the unit manager and senior social secretary for daily methodological support, as well as leading and distributing the work.
The work takes place mainly during office hours, with some shifted working hours within our flexible framework possibly occurring.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for you who are a social worker, or alternatively another university education with 180 credits, which the employer assesses as equivalent. Experience of treatment work and preventive work within the social services is meritorious, as well as good knowledge of documentation. Swedish in speech and writing is a requirement.
We in the team look forward to meeting you who are secure, have good self-insight, flexible, non-hierarchical, and willing to join us on our continued journey for the development of our outpatient team. We in the team have broad competence and we have a lot of fun and exciting things going on!
Interviews may take place continuously during the application period.
