About Business Excellence
Business Excellence is a strategic and operational partner to the business, tasked with driving strategic improvement initiatives, developing working methods, and strengthening the organization's capabilities. Our mandate covers areas such as business development, change management, AI/digitalization, strategy, team coaching, and competence development.
We work cross-functionally and build strong partnerships with internal customers and collaboration partners to create sustainable development and business value. The department also includes SAP Advanced Key Users within logistics and production-proximity support.
How You Will Make an Impact
- In the role of Lean Program Manager / Lean Expert, you lead our Lean initiative and contribute to our global Lean@GS initiative, creating engagement at all levels so that Lean-driven improvements are prioritized and integrated.
- Enhance Lean awareness in the organization through training, coaching, and support, as well as planning and conducting Lean training sessions.
- Work closely with teams and leaders to identify needs, coach in daily improvement work, and ensure that improvements are integrated and managed over time.
- Lead and facilitate the creation of Value Stream Maps for our core processes, identifying waste, bottlenecks, and value-creating activities that lead to concrete improvements.
- Develop and follow up on action plans together with the business, and support process owners in establishing metrics to analyze and monitor improvement potential.
- In addition to the role as Lean Program Manager / Lean Expert, you will also drive strategic business development projects.
What You Bring
- You have an academic degree and at least 5 years of professional experience.
- Documented LEAN competence.
- Extensive experience in practically implementing and working with LEAN in complex organizations.
- Ability to work through managers and create engagement and involvement throughout the organization.
- Strong communication skills with a coaching and developmental approach.
- Very good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
- Act in accordance with the company's values: Caring, Agile, Respectful, and Accountable (CARA).
