Are you looking for a good job that can be combined with studies or other part-time assignments? We are now looking for personal assistants for our staffing pool this summer – a flexible and important assignment where you will work with various clients in Gothenburg and the surrounding area.

Who are our clients?

Our clients have different functional variations and therefore varying needs for support in daily life. For example, you could work with:

• A man in mid-life who has had a stroke and needs help with, among other things, mobility, hygiene, cooking, social activities, and gardening.
• A teenager with autism who needs clear structure, pedagogical support, and guidance in their daily life.
• An elderly woman who needs help with evening routines, cooking, and taking care of her pet.

Each assignment is unique, and your tasks are adapted to the individual's needs.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for you who:

• Enjoy working with people and want to make a difference.
• Are sensitive, flexible, proactive, and have a strong sense of service.
• Understand the importance of the work you do – for both the client and their relatives.

Previous experience in personal assistance, elderly care, childcare, or service is an advantage, but we place great emphasis on your personal qualities.

About the position

As an assistant in our staffing pool, you will be employed on an hourly basis and can state when you are available for work – perfect for you who want flexibility! You can work weekdays, weekends, days, or evenings depending on what suits you best. When you have marked yourself as available during certain times, you need to be reachable and ready to be called in if needed.

Available shifts:

• Daytime: 06:00–17:00
• Evening: 14:00–22:00

Start: The position is filled on a rolling basis and has immediate start.

Passal Assistans offers rewarding and varied work with good employment conditions, training, and wellness benefits. You will also receive good support and contact with your assistance manager. Fixed hourly wage according to agreement and other compensations according to collective agreement. As an employee in our staffing pool, you are also offered an extra supplement on your hourly wage when you are booked for work.

We are conducting ongoing selection as employment will take place immediately.

If you are not a citizen of Sweden, the EU, EEA, or Switzerland, you must be able to show a valid work permit or permanent residence permit to work with us.
