About the role

APCOA is a leading player in the Swedish parking service industry and is part of a large European group. As Europe's largest parking company, with operations in 12 countries, APCOA has over 20 years of experience in Sweden in operating parking garages, parking spaces, and innovative mobility solutions.

APCOA is now looking for an Account Manager for its Stockholm office. In this role, you will play a key part in APCOA's growth by actively processing new customers, nurturing existing relationships, and mapping out decision-makers in the sales process. You will be responsible for the entire sales process, from initial contact to closed deal, and will be measured based on the size of new business. You will become part of an ambitious and friendly team where you report directly to the Sales Manager in Stockholm. You will be introduced to a welcoming work environment where you will receive thorough onboarding and support from colleagues.

Responsibilities

As an Account Manager, you will have activity responsibilities and work proactively to identify, contact, and win new customers. You will drive the entire sales process and create your own business opportunities, while developing existing relationships, creating customer-specific solutions, and building long-term business. Your tasks will include:

  • Prospecting: Identify and qualify new business opportunities in the market.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and deepen cooperation with existing customers.
  • Sales Process: Independently drive the process from first contact to negotiation and contract signing.
  • Meeting Activity: Plan and conduct value-creating customer meetings, both physically and digitally.
  • Administration: Work systematically with pipeline management, follow-up, and documentation in the CRM system.

We are looking for you who

  • Have good experience in B2B sales, preferably in service sales (it is an advantage if you also have experience in product sales).
  • Are confident in mapping out decision-makers in the sales process.
  • Have good experience in new customer acquisition.
  • Have good knowledge of the Office package and experience with CRM systems.
  • Have a valid driver's license (Category B).
  • Have very good knowledge of Swedish and English in both speech and writing.
