Hemglass – Buying ice cream from us should be an experience.

We and our customers want you to:

• Take responsibility for your Hemglass truck
• Drive safely
• Keep to the schedule
• Keep the truck well-stocked with ice cream
• Provide "ice-cream-like" service with a cheerful mood, kindness, and engagement
• Be at the center of attention and guide the purchase

You might be thinking: Should I be a salesperson, or should I drive an ice cream truck? We say both. We want you to be an experience seller.

Yes, you need to be able to drive, load ice cream, and keep to the schedule, but above all, it's about making Kajsa (4 years old), Erik (82 years old), and everyone in between shine with joy when the Hemglass truck arrives.

We usually call this being a joy spreader.

At Hemglass, you work afternoons, evenings, and weekends. A valid B-category driver's license is required.

You create an experience for your customers, especially for young children, but also for parents and the elderly. A key part of the job is being able to communicate clearly and understand others. Good Swedish language skills are therefore our second requirement.

Whether you have 17 years of experience in the service industry or are studying at the municipal music school – it DOES NOT MATTER. The most important thing is that you like your customers, service, and sales. Central to us is that you are happy, friendly, and engaged.

When you work with us, you will learn what it means to practically run your own mobile shop. An opportunity where you demonstrate your ability to take initiative, show personal responsibility, and possess social competence.
