About the role

As a Private Banking Advisor, your main responsibility is to offer our private customers – both new and existing – Länsförsäkringars wide range of financial security solutions through professional and engaging service. As a banking advisor, you analyze customer needs, find tailored solutions, simplify their daily lives, and secure their financial future. We meet our customers in both physical and digital advisory meetings, with the goal of finding the optimal holistic solution within savings, investments, loans, insurance, and payments.

Interviews will be conducted on an ongoing basis.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with a strong business drive, who is service-oriented and builds trust. You have a post-secondary education in economics or equivalent work experience, and hold a Swedsec license for advisors and mortgage loans. The role requires you to be meticulous, responsible, and business-minded, always keeping both the customer's and Länsförsäkringars best interests in mind.

You express yourself well in both spoken and written Swedish. You easily adapt to and use various business systems and digital channels. As an advisor, you are driven to independently plan and structure your work, take initiative, and deliver high administrative quality, good results, and the best customer experience in the market.
