The preschool is located in Lorensberg, on a quiet cul-de-sac close to the Waterlily Pond, the city's offerings, and within walking distance to the city library. Here, we take advantage of the outdoor environment and make extensive use of both nature and our yard, which invites to play and exploration. At our preschool, children get to be involved and have influence by having their thoughts, ideas, and initiatives taken into account in everyday life. We see children's curiosity and interests as an important starting point for learning and teaching, and as a preschool teacher, you lead the group with clarity, curiosity, and warmth.

At our preschool, we are currently in the startup phase of a long-term development project together with Team Liseberg, focusing on children's language development. All educators receive competence development to become confident linguistic role models for the children, with support and guidance from various child health professionals. As a preschool teacher, you have an important and driving role in this joint effort.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a licensed preschool teacher with the ability to create good collaborations and relationships with children, guardians, and colleagues. You are a confident leader and a good role model for both children and adults, with the ability to create a positive and developmental environment where children can develop at their own pace.

You can plan, implement, document, and analyze the operations according to the preschool curriculum and other regulatory documents. You have a good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both orally and in writing, and are comfortable using digital tools in your work.
