ARE YOU A PERSIAN-SPEAKING WOMAN?

I am looking for a female assistant with nursing assistant training or equivalent experience in care and support work.

I am a woman with a developmental disability and therefore need a lot of support and help in my daily life. Practically, this may involve dressing, feeding, and hygiene, but I also need your help and support in meeting and understanding my surroundings and what is happening around me.

For communication to work between us, it is important that you speak both Swedish and Persian, and that you have a genuine interest and great patience in learning to understand me and my way of communicating.

I also expect you to be punctual and organized, and good at taking instructions and following routines.

Your tasks as my assistant are to support me in my daily life at home with everything from household chores and cooking to social activities, communication, hygiene, and medical care.

It is important that you are empathetic, responsive, and communicative as a person, and that you find a genuine interest in working with me. You are also welcome to be happy, kind, positive, honest, self-motivated, flexible, and cheerful.

Other requirements are:
