The Volume Recruitment Team is part of Recruitment & Employer Brand HR and is undergoing exciting development. You will become part of our innovative recruitment team where change, digitalization, efficiency, and teamwork are part of our daily routine. We are non-hierarchical and dare to learn from mistakes; we prefer that over not daring to try new things. Our biggest mission is to attract and recruit mail carriers, terminal workers, and drivers, and now we are looking for you who want to contribute to this work.

This position is a permanent employment starting in early autumn.

What you will do

• Job posting, selection, presentations, group interviews, individual interviews, and digital reference checks.
• Close collaboration with your colleagues within Recruitment & Employer Brand.
• Close contact with the hiring manager.
• Presentation of selected candidates and follow-up.
• Constant work on improving the candidate experience.
• Active contribution to the development work of digitalizing and streamlining our recruitment processes.

What you bring with you

• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Good knowledge of the Office suite and experience working digitally. Interest and drive to understand AI and how it can be used within HR.
• An academic degree relevant to the role.
• Previous experience within HR/recruitment.
• Internal experience is meritorious.
