About the role

As a Customer Partner at Green Cargo, you work closely with our customers and are their primary contact for operational issues. Your role is central in ensuring a professional and trust-based customer dialogue, even when operations are affected by deviations or disruptions. You act as the link between the customer, operations, and internal functions, contributing to ensuring the customer's flow works as smoothly as possible. The work is based on-site at the office in Hallsberg and takes place in shifts, with both morning and afternoon shifts on weekdays and weekends. (Working hours vary; weekdays are between 06:15-13:40 and 13:30-20:45, and on weekends between 06:15-16:00 and 10:00-19:45.)

Responsibilities

In this role, you are responsible for the operational customer relationship and for ensuring that all communication with the customer is clear, fast, and correct. You handle ongoing customer cases related to transport, capacity, quality, and follow-up, and ensure that information about deviations, disruptions, and measures reaches the right recipient – both externally and internally.

An important part of the assignment is to own the process from contract to invoice. This means you ensure correct contract management, coordinate order placement, freight documents, contract administration, and if necessary, manual invoicing as well as handling invoice complaints. You also follow up on delivery precision and quality through reports and deviation data, and collaborate closely with internal functions to continuously find and work on various improvement initiatives.

Your profile

We are looking for you who thrive in an operational and customer-facing role where structure, responsibility, and collaboration are crucial. You are communicative, solution-oriented, and have the ability to handle several parallel issues in a sometimes fast-paced environment. Since the role involves daily contact with both internal and external parties, you need to be able to communicate in English in addition to Swedish, both verbally and in writing. Additional language skills are meritorious, especially German. You appreciate working in shifts and see the value of being available when operations are ongoing – also on weekends.
