About the Position

We are looking for two committed and motivated special needs teachers for Råsunda School, a place where every student has the opportunity to grow and develop at their own pace. In this role, you will play a central part in supporting and strengthening our students with special needs and adapting the teaching to their unique prerequisites.

As a special needs teacher, it is important to be clear and communicate well, so that both students and colleagues feel involved and informed. Your awareness of quality will set a high standard for the teaching and create a positive learning environment.

Who Are We Looking For?

We are looking for you who

• have teacher certification and are trained as a special needs teacher or special educator
• have experience in pedagogical work with children in need of special support
• have experience working with grades F–6 (Preschool Class to Grade 6)
• use ICT as a natural part of the pedagogical work and pedagogical documentation
• fluent in Swedish (speaking and reading).

We are looking for you who are proactive and have the ability to work independently while valuing collaboration and relationship-building with students, colleagues, parents, and other school staff. Your stability and clarity make you a secure adult for the students, which contributes to their development and learning. You are goal- and result-oriented, which means you constantly strive to achieve high goals. You are quality-conscious and focus on giving students the best possible education and support.
