Site Supervisor for Exciting Construction Project – Join a Strong Team!

We are now looking for an engaged and results-oriented Site Supervisor with a background in earthworks and civil engineering for a long-term consulting assignment (minimum 1 year). You will be employed by Prowork and work on-site at our client's location. The project starts in April/May, and working hours will be Monday to Thursday.

About the Role

You will work on an exciting earthworks and civil engineering project in Denmark, together with an experienced and cohesive team.

As a Site Supervisor, you play a central role in the project. You are responsible for daily production and ensure that work progresses according to schedule, budget, and quality requirements – with a strong focus on working environment and safety.

Responsibilities

• Participate in risk assessments and develop action plans.
• Contribute to health, safety, and environmental plans.
• Create and manage schedules.
• Plan resources and handle permits.
• Lead daily production.
• Conduct safety rounds and security checks.
• Monitor schedules and handle deviations.
• Responsible for some purchasing activities.
• Participate in construction meetings and dialogue with the client.
• Ensure requirements are met prior to handover.
• Compile documentation for final inspection.

We are looking for someone who

• Has at least 3 years of experience as a Site Supervisor in civil engineering (or a similar role).
• Has knowledge of AMA, MER, and AB04/ABT06 standards.
• Has basic knowledge of contract law.
• Is proficient in computer skills.
• Hold a valid B-driver's license.
