We at Kura Omsorg are looking for you who want to help create safe, fun, and meaningful days for a 10-year-old boy who needs significant support.

ABOUT THE POSITION

We are looking for you who want a meaningful summer job as a personal assistant to a 10-year-old boy in Norrköping. The position is a full-time temporary role during the summer, with a fixed schedule covering day/evening and weekend shifts at 100%.

Start date is by agreement, and we would appreciate it if you could start the introduction immediately.

ABOUT THE CLIENT

Our client is a happy and energetic boy who lives with his mother in Norrköping. He needs help and support with all his daily care. His interests include going to the cinema, visiting the library, playing in the playground, taking walks, and swimming.

ARE YOU THE ONE WE ARE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for someone who is attentive, responsible, and enjoys taking the initiative. You have the ability to create a sense of security and be responsive to the client's needs, while also being self-sufficient and solution-oriented in your work.

Do you speak Arabic? This is a big plus, but not a requirement.

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other benefits are in accordance with the collective agreement.

To be employed by us at Kura Omsorg, you need to have a BankID and agree to use your BankID in the role. A prerequisite for starting employment with us is that you can present a valid ID and/or submit a background certificate (personbevis) as well as any documents proving your right to work in Sweden. You can easily download the background certificate from the Swedish Tax Agency's website. Due to the fact that the position may involve solo work, night work, and tasks that, according to the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations (AFS 2012:3), cannot be performed by minors, you must be 18 years old to work as a personal assistant.

If you are to work with children and young people under 18, you are required to present an extract from the criminal record. From March 1, 2026, new rules apply meaning that the register check will include both extracts from the criminal record and the suspicion register. The extract is ordered via the Police Authority's e-service. Note that processing times may vary, so it is advisable to order in good time.
