Diseröd School is located in Romelanda, just outside Kungälv, in a beautiful natural area. Here you will work with highly engaged and positive colleagues. Come and become part of our wonderful school!

Diseröd School is a preschool to grade 6 school. This autumn, we have just over 370 students and five after-school centers. Our school has an exciting future, as we are building new facilities and renovating the existing school within the next few years. From autumn 2024, we will have a brand new sports hall. In August, we inaugurated our new cafeteria and six new classrooms. In a couple of years, the entire school will be new, and we look forward to creating a business based on new opportunities in fine premises and an expanded schoolyard.

We place great emphasis on working for a safe school and good treatment with students at the center. We continuously work to develop our operations, and collaboration between colleagues is an important factor in this work.

Job Responsibilities

We are now looking for a student assistant for a student in preschool class. You will support the student both during school hours and at the after-school center, as well as assist with certain daily routines. You will work closely with your colleagues in the preschool class and at the after-school center.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who preferably have education in autism and experience with communication using visual aids, preferably PECS. You should be a person with a great interest in children and their development.

Experience from healthcare professions is meritorious. Some lifting may occur, so you need to be in good physical shape as the student moves a lot and quickly, and you must keep up. You need to be able to swim, as this may be needed in the future when swimming lessons become relevant.
