As a designer at Backenhof, you will become an important part of the team where you work with both prefab and building construction in various projects. The role is varied and involves sometimes driving your own projects and sometimes collaborating with colleagues. The projects mainly cover structural designs in concrete and steel with a focus on prefab. You will mainly work with

• Structural calculations
• Sizing and detail solutions
• Production of drawings and documentation in Tekla
• Design of e.g. sports halls, industrial buildings, and structural designs
• Collaboration with customers and contractors

Backenhof Konsult AB is an engineering consultancy specializing in building construction with an office in Lund. The company offers expertise in design, calculations, and technical investigations, working through the entire construction process from early stages to final construction documents. The company has experience with projects such as multi-family houses, industrial buildings, hall buildings, and villas, and works with materials such as concrete, steel, and wood. • Post-secondary education in a relevant field, e.g., civil engineering or civil and environmental engineering
• At least two years of experience in building construction
• Experience with prefab
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English

• Knowledge of Tekla
• Experience from consultancy work
• Experience with structural calculations
• Category B driver's license
