In the role of Payroll and Economy Administrator at Farsta Parish, you will hold a significant position where you work broadly with both payroll and economy administration. The economy group consists of the chief of staff, the economy manager, the payroll and economy administrator, and the economy assistant. The position is located at Söderledskyrkan in Farsta Parish.

Your main responsibilities:

• Be responsible for the entire payroll process and support managers and employees with payroll matters
• Work with ongoing bookkeeping, invoice management, and reconciliations
• Handle cash, collections, and Swish, as well as produce reports and decision support materials
• Provide administrative support to the secretariat, economy, and HR

The parish will switch payroll and economy systems during 2027, and you will be involved in the work already in autumn 2026. The role will subsequently gradually focus more on economy, as parts of the payroll management will be taken over by a service bureau.

To succeed in the role, we believe you have:

• Post-secondary education in payroll and economics
• Several years of experience in payroll and economy administration
• Good system familiarity and very good knowledge of Excel
• Understanding of economic flows and accounting principles
