We are looking for an experienced and solution-oriented consultant within Facility Support to assist the Facility Management team in their daily operations.

In this role, you will be responsible for, among other things:

• Managing and coordinating work related to storage and warehouse facilities in collaboration with the Facility Management team
• Planning and executing internal moves and relocations
• Handling fault reports and practical office-related matters
• Transporting technical equipment and confidential material between different sites
• Ensuring that offices and premises meet local requirements and guidelines
• Working independently and prioritizing tasks effectively
• Conducting regular inspections of premises and addressing any necessary repairs

Work outside regular hours and weekend work may occur when necessary.

The assignment involves close collaboration with the Facility Management team.

Please note that the role may also include practical tasks such as moving and assembling furniture, handling office equipment, and preparing meeting rooms.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience in similar roles
• Experience in furniture repair and restoration
• Certified experience working with cherry pickers and lift tables
• Valid driver's license (Category B)
• Good proficiency in Swedish and English
