Are you a meticulous and driven Finance Assistant with experience in accounts receivable/payable? Do you want to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment within a larger technology-intensive industrial operation? We are now looking for two people for an exciting assignment in Gothenburg!

The Role of Finance Assistant

In this role, you will handle and bookkeeping within accounts receivable and payable (AR/AP) in an international industrial group with advanced technical solutions. You will become an important part of the team, contributing both operationally and by identifying opportunities for process improvements. The role involves close collaboration with colleagues and other functions within the business.

Examples of Responsibilities

• Handle and book invoices within accounts payable
• Work with exception handling and escalation of cases
• Identify areas for improvement and contribute with efficiency proposals
• Ongoing work within accounts receivable/payable

Your Background, Experience, and Competence

We are looking for you who have at least two years of post-secondary education in economics and experience working with customer accounts and/or supplier accounts, preferably from a larger organization. You have good knowledge of both Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Experience with the business system Agresso is an advantage.

As a person, you are driven, curious, and solution-oriented. You thrive in social settings and enjoy collaborating with others, while also taking significant personal responsibility and working in a structured manner. Furthermore, you are accustomed to working at a high pace and feel comfortable in a changing environment.
