About the Role

As a Live Agent within the Payroll team, you will support Fortnox customers with questions related to payroll, system usage, as well as laws and regulations within the payroll area. You help customers find solutions in their daily work and guide them through Fortnox's various functions and services.

The role involves varied and problem-solving cases where you work via phone, chat, and email. You become an important part of the team and contribute to both high customer satisfaction and identifying areas for improvement in customer dialogue.

This is a direct recruitment position, meaning StudentConsulting handles the recruitment process, but you will be directly employed by Fortnox. The position is full-time with an immediate start, and working hours are during standard office hours on weekdays.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for you who have a strong interest in payroll and are motivated by helping customers and solving complex questions. You are communicative, pedagogical, and thrive in a role where collaboration and problem-solving are in focus.

We would like you to:

• Have education in payroll, HR, economics, or a similar field, or equivalent work experience
• Have practical experience in payroll administration or similar administrative work
• Have experience in customer contact, support, or advisory roles
• Have good communication skills in Swedish and English
• Be solution-oriented and thrive in a changing environment
