CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE TO ELFA IN MALMÖ

Are you a communicative and solution-focused customer service professional who is confident in handling technical questions, quotation requests, and drawing materials? Are you used to guiding both clients and ÅF in the right direction and creating a smooth customer journey from first contact? Then you might be Elfa's new customer service representative with a project focus.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Customer Service Representative with a sales focus at Elfa, you will become an important part of our customer-oriented team. You have overall responsibility for selected customers and projects, from quotation request to delivery, working both administratively and sales-driven. You are the link between the customer, the sales organization, and internal functions, contributing to a smooth customer experience and strong relationships. Main responsibilities:

• Responsible for order receipt, registration, and follow-up of customer orders via CRM and digital portals.
• Handle questions, requests, and complaints from resellers, customers, and consumers regarding products, deliveries, claims, and invoices.
• Create quotations and quotation documents, as well as proposals and solutions, and follow up on quotations together with the customer.
• Work closely with Key Account Managers and salespeople to develop customer relationships and drive sales.
• Responsible for communication with clients, construction companies, property managers, resellers, and house manufacturers.
• Contribute to the improvement of processes, routines, and tools, and work towards the department's common goals.

PERSONAL QUALITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS

To thrive in the role of Customer Service Representative, you are a team player who truly values high service quality and has a clear sales drive. You work in a structured and meticulous manner where both communication and long-term relationships are in focus.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has previous experience in customer service, order administration, or sales support/inside sales – preferably in a product-intensive environment.
• Is sales-oriented and service-oriented with a good ability to create long-term customer relationships.
• Works in a structured and meticulous way and can handle multiple cases in parallel.
• Has good system familiarity, especially with CRM systems and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
• Has very good knowledge of Swedish and English in speech and writing.
• Master Swedish and English in speech and writing; German, French, or Danish are meritorious.
• Has a positive, proactive attitude and thrives in team collaborations.
• Preferably has experience in reading drawings or interpreting project documentation within the construction industry.

ABOUT THE POSITION

The position of Customer Service Representative is a assignment that starts with a 6-month employment via Eterni with a good chance of extension thereafter. Working hours are daytime, Monday to Friday, and you work in a great team at Elfa's headquarters in Malmö.
