ABOUT THE POSITION

At Inre Kraft, we are looking for you who want to work as a personal assistant on an hourly temporary basis, extra as needed, for our female client just outside Piteå. We are looking for three people who want to work extra as a substitute. This suits you who perhaps have other employment during the day or are studying. But there is a chance for a lot of work!

The working hours vary between day, evening, and night. The schedule is being revised, so this is an example of the working hours:

  • 08:00-14:00
  • 08:00-20:00
  • 14:00-22:00
  • 20:00-08:00
  • 22:00-08:00

Start date is by agreement, and we would appreciate it if you could start the introduction immediately.

ABOUT THE CLIENT

The client is a woman who enjoys going for walks, exercising, and watching TV. Our client needs your help as an assistant in her daily life as she uses a wheelchair.

The duties include:

  • Support with daily routines, such as household chores
  • Assistance with personal hygiene, dressing/undressing, and meals
  • Mobility/transfers

The client uses an electric wheelchair, shower chair, and a lift.

We are looking for you who are passionate about working with people and can analyze the needs of other individuals. Furthermore, you should be sensitive, proactive, solution-focused, and engaged. We prefer that you are calm, as great importance is placed on personal suitability.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Good knowledge of the Swedish language
  • Tolerance for pets – animals live in the home
  • Non-smoker

BENEFICIAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • Driver's license and access to a car
  • Experience working in care and social services

Employment level: Hourly substitute as needed

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other benefits in accordance with the collective agreement.

A prerequisite for starting employment with us is that you, as the applicant, can present a valid ID document and/or submit a certificate of personal data (personbevis) as well as any documents proving the right to work in Sweden. You can easily download the certificate of personal data from the Swedish Tax Agency's website. To work as a personal assistant, you must be at least 18 years old.

If you are to work with children and young people under 18, you are required to present an extract from the criminal record. From March 1, 2026, new regulations will apply, meaning that the register check will include both extracts from the criminal record and extracts from the suspicion register. The extract is ordered via the Police Authority's e-service. Note that processing times may vary, so it is advisable to order well in advance.
