ABOUT THE POSITION
Bättre Assistans is part of Inre Kraft, and we are looking for you who want to work as a personal assistant as a temporary substitute on an as-needed basis for our client in Luleå. We are looking for 3 additional temporary substitutes on an as-needed basis to strengthen the existing staff group during illness and other leaves. There is also a chance for a permanent part-time position of approx. 50% with this client.
Working hours vary between day, evening, and night. Weekends and weekdays.
These are examples of working hours:
- 07:00-18:00
- 18:00-07:00
Start date is by agreement, and we would like you to be able to start the introduction immediately.
ABOUT THE CLIENT
The client is in their 30s and enjoys being active through various activities, watching movies, walking, and listening to music. Our client needs your help as an assistant in their daily life as the client has autism.
The duties include:
- Support with daily routines, such as common household chores
- Assistance/help with personal hygiene, dressing and undressing, and during meals
- Guidance and support in everyday life
The client uses communication aids.

To thrive with our client, you should be self-assured, a good team player who works well together with your colleagues. You should be communicative and have a good ability to adjust your activity level according to the client. At times, the work involves a lot of quietness before switching quite quickly to activity that requires supervision. You should have a good ability to read other people and enjoy working preventively. We also see that you, as an applicant, have basic cooking skills as it is important for the client to have home-cooked meals.

REQUIREMENTS
- Very good knowledge of the Swedish language
- Non-smoker

- Tolerant of scratches and swimming proficiency
Employment level: Temporary substitute on an as-needed basis
Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other benefits in accordance with the collective agreement.

If you are to work with children and young people under 18, you are required to present an extract from the criminal record. From March 1, 2026, new regulations apply meaning that the register check will include both extracts from the criminal record and extracts from the suspicion register. The extract is ordered via the Police Authority's e-service. Note that processing times may vary, so the order should be placed well in advance.
