ABOUT THE POSITION

At Inre Kraft, we are looking for you who want to work as a personal assistant for our client living in Jämtön outside of Luleå. We offer hourly substitute positions with the possibility of extensive work.

The working hours are as follows:

  • Weekdays 09:00-15:30 or 15:30-20:00

  • Weekends 10:00-20:00

Start date is by agreement, and we would appreciate it if you could start the introduction immediately.

ABOUT THE CLIENT

The client is a 13-year-old girl living in Jämtön outside of Luleå with her family. Our client needs your help as an assistant in her daily life as she has cerebral palsy and epilepsy.

The tasks include:

  • Support with daily routines, such as household chores

  • Assistance with personal hygiene, dressing/undressing, and meals

  • Mobility/transfers

  • Handling of assistive devices such as lifting equipment and electric wheelchair

REQUIREMENTS

  • Good knowledge of the Swedish language

  • Driver's license & access to a car (to get to the workplace)

  • Comfortable around dogs and cats as they live in the home

BENEFICIAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience working in healthcare and social care

  • Education in healthcare and social care

Employment level: Hourly substitute as needed

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other benefits in accordance with the collective agreement.

To be employed by us at Inre Kraft, you need to have a BankID and agree to use your BankID in the service. A prerequisite for starting employment with us is that you, as an applicant, can present a valid ID and/or submit a certificate of personal details (personbevis) as well as any documents proving the right to work in Sweden. You can easily download the certificate of personal details from the Swedish Tax Agency's website. To work as a personal assistant, you must be at least 18 years old.

If you are to work with children and young people under 18, you are required to present an extract from the criminal record register. From March 1, 2026, new regulations apply meaning that the register check will include both extracts from the criminal record register and the suspicion register. The extract is ordered via the Police Authority's e-service. Note that processing times may vary, so the order should be placed well in advance.
