The position is a permanent full-time employment with a start date in August 2026.

About Olinsgymnasiet

Olinsgymnasiet Tibro is located in newly renovated facilities. We offer both university-preparatory and vocational preparatory programs, as well as our unique sports profile, which is strongly rooted in Tibro's active club life.

We are a flexible and inspiring complement to the larger schools. Our school's size gives us the prerequisites to see and meet each student's individual needs. Here, dreams are given space, and we place great emphasis on students being able to combine their studies with their interests.

Since 2016, Olinsgymnasiet has offered top-class education. What started as a school in Skara has now grown into five units across five different locations. Today, we are present in Götene, Mariestad, Skara, Sparre säter, and Tibro.

Do you want to help make the high school years a joyful and educational experience for our students? We invite you to join our exciting journey where we shape the future of Olinsgymnasiet together. We will always be "the small school" – being small is a great strength. Here, you become a key person playing an important role in a team that makes a difference every day.

You hold a teaching license with eligibility to teach Swedish.

To succeed in this role, you are a confident and clear leader who creates structure in the classroom, while also having the ability to inspire and spark engagement. You value collaboration and are driven by developing teaching methods together with others.
