HR Primary Care is a unit under the central HR department within the Stockholm County Council (SLSO) and consists of 11 HR Partners and 2 HR Administrators. You report to the Head of HR for Primary Care. The HR organization within the entire SLSO is led by an HR Director and comprises approximately 75 HR staff members. We are located in pleasant premises centrally at Torsplan with easy access to public transport.
As an HR Partner in Primary Care, you work close to the operations and support managers in all HR-related matters. We aim to create the best conditions for our managers and leaders so they can develop their leadership skills while the organization achieves its goals.
Responsibilities
The role of HR Partner is a generalist role where you work consultatively, providing advice and support through a coaching approach. You also contribute to development in areas such as working environment, labor law, wage formation, rehabilitation, recruitment, cooperation issues, and collective bargaining. Ongoing administration in systems such as the payroll system Heroma is part of the responsibilities.
In the role of HR Partner, you combine operational work with strategic work in close collaboration with colleagues, managers, and union representatives. You work close to the operations and have significant responsibility for the units you support. As a contact person, this may involve travel to various units within Stockholm County.

Qualifications
We are looking for you who have a university education within PAO (Personnel Administration and Organization) or have other education and experience that we assess as equivalent.
- You have at least three years of current experience in operational HR work.
- You have experience supporting managers in a consultative manner in various personnel matters.
- You are confident in the area of labor law and have experience in union cooperation and negotiations.
- You have a proactive and coaching approach.
- You have very good knowledge of the Swedish language in both speech and writing.

Merits
Experience working in the public sector, primary care, and/or other healthcare, as well as experience working with strategic competence supply, for example, with competence ladders.
Great importance is attached to personal suitability when appointing the position.
