Skåne School Sports Federation (Skolidrottsförbundet i Skåne) is now looking for a Club Coordinator to work with School Sports Associations (Skol-IF) at the local level in Skurup Municipality. This is a role for you who thrives best out in the field and who takes initiative and wants to see concrete changes in young people's opportunities for movement, community, and influence.

About the role

As a Club Coordinator, you have an operational assignment out in the field. You are responsible for the entire process regarding the launch of School Sports Associations: from the first contact with schools and students, to the clubs being up and running, driven by young people, and having a structure to function over time, where you lead this work together with the young people.

You are the adult who holds the process together, creates safety and direction, but ensures that young people own and drive the operations.

In the role, you will:

• Be out at schools and other venues where young people are located, working closely with students, young leaders, school staff, or leisure services.
• Launch new School Sports Associations from scratch together with young people and collaborating schools.
• Support young people in taking on roles as leaders and board members, guiding them in democratic processes and club knowledge.
• Be a safe, clear, and present adult who coaches, inspires, and supports without taking over.
• Create conditions for free, inclusive, and accessible activities in connection with the school.
• Build relationships and anchoring with principals, teachers, and other local actors for long-term sustainability.
• Follow up on operations on-site and ensure that they develop in line with the School Sports Federation's values and goals.

We are looking for you who:

• Are self-reliant, initiative-taking, and responsible, and enjoy building operations from idea to reality.
• Are very comfortable in meetings with young people and strong in social contexts.
• Have experience working with children and young people (preferably 11–16 years) within schools, clubs, or leisure activities.
• Have a pedagogical and professional approach and can create engagement while setting boundaries.
• Enjoy working practically and being present, preferably out in the "field" rather than at the office.
• Are passionate about the joy of movement, participation, and inclusion, and believe in young people's own strength and ability.

Practical information

Location: Skurup and some time in Malmö

Employment type: Probation period of 6 months, followed by a project employment until 2027-06-30, with a great possibility of extension

Start date: August 10, 2026

Working hours are flexible and include evenings and weekends.
