About the workplace

Elinebo is a star-rated care home located on the slopes of Elineberg, offering beautiful views of the strait and large, pleasant green areas. The care home is situated near Elineberg Shopping Center and just a stone's throw from Ramlösa Park and Ramlösa Station. We have 64 modern apartments spread over three floors; two floors are for somatic care and one is dedicated to dementia care.

Job Responsibilities

As a Nursing Assistant (Undersköterska) here, you will provide individual care and service to residents in a way that makes each person feel unique and involved. Your duties include performing health and medical care tasks according to instructions and delegation. You will actively contribute to the overall care required to ensure residents achieve a good quality of life based on their individual conditions.

In addition to creating conditions for a good quality of life, you will work with follow-ups and signal any deficiencies or areas for development that you observe in the operations. Documentation is a crucial part of your work to ensure high-quality care and nursing.

In your role, you will also have overall responsibility for daily staff planning, as well as covering vacancies and staffing during increased demand. You will handle sick and healthy patient reception and coordinate practical training and APL (Approved Practical Learning).

The position is structured as a permanent employment as a Nursing Assistant, combined with a planning assignment that is renewed annually. The planning assignment is based on a 40-hour work week, daytime hours, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a trained Nursing Assistant and have previously worked with and performed delegated HSL (Health and Social Care) tasks. Since communication and documentation are vital parts of our operations, the role requires fluency in Swedish, both spoken and written, as well as good computer and documentation skills.

To proceed in the recruitment process, you must also have experience working in a similar role, such as a planner, coordinator, or scheduler, where tasks like staff planning and covering vacancies were included.

It is an advantage if you have experience working in a care home, working with people with cognitive impairment, and experience in palliative care and end-of-life care. Furthermore, experience working with ProCapita, LifeCare, and MCSS systems is considered an advantage.
