🛞 About the Role

As a customer receptionist at Kenneths Däck, you will be the face of the company and an important part of the customer experience. You will greet our customers with a positive attitude, assist with bookings, advice, and administration, and ensure that operations run smoothly in daily work.

In this role, you will work closely with both customers and workshop staff, which requires you to be service-oriented, solution-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Your tasks will include customer contact via phone and in person, order handling, time booking, and administrative duties.

We are looking for someone who is social, responsible, and has a natural feel for service. You enjoy building good relationships, are organized in your work, and contribute positive energy to the team.

🛞 Qualifications and Requirements

We are looking for you who have experience from customer service and the automotive industry.

To fit the role, we see that you:

• Speak and write Swedish and English fluently
• Have experience from the car industry or a similar service profession
• Are skilled in sales and customer interaction
• Can receive and understand instructions and work in a structured manner
• Are clear and professional in communication with both customers and colleagues
• Have the ability to coordinate and relay information effectively between the customer and the car mechanic
• Can handle many balls in the air at the same time without losing focus
• Are humble as a person but also have gravitas and can take responsibility in different situations

We place great importance on personality, drive, and the right attitude. At us, team spirit, professionalism, and good service are a natural part of everyday life. Merit if you have or have had a similar job with computer skills. Driver's license is required.

🛞 Employment

Full-time, start as soon as possible. Monday-Friday daytime. In November and April, you work Saturdays from 9-13 due to high demand around tire changes.

Probation period

Salary according to agreement.
