As a Local Coordinator, you will be a central part of driving and developing our division forward. You will lead an engaged team of 40 employees and have overall responsibility for both operations and economics. You will be the personnel manager for a group of 22 people. Together with the division board, you will create direction, results, and the future.

Your role with us

This is a position for you who want to combine leadership with social engagement. You will work closely with both people and decision-makers, and play an important role in putting our values into practice.

You will, among other things:

• Lead, coordinate, and develop the division's work
• Have personnel and work environment responsibility
• Be responsible for budget, economics, and operational follow-up
• Drive competence development and recruitment
• Be an active part of the division board as treasurer and member of the executive committee
• Create meeting places through education, conferences, and member activities
• Work with organization, member recruitment, and negotiations

Who are you?

You are a confident and present leader who creates trust and engagement. You have a structured way of working, are accustomed to taking responsibility, and are driven by developing both people and operations. Understanding how to operate in a non-profit and trust-based organization is important, and experience from the trade union movement is an advantage.

We believe that you:

• Have knowledge of labor law and experience in leadership
• Have worked with economics, budgeting, and operational management
• Communicate clearly and build strong relationships
• Thrive in a role where you get to think strategically and act operationally
