We are looking for you who want to work as a substitute within the education sector.

Responsibilities

As a substitute in after-school centers (fritidshem) and preschools, you create a safe and pedagogically developmental environment for the children and students. Collaboration with colleagues and children/students is an important part of the assignment. Working hours vary depending on the facility but are mainly between 06:00–18:00, although substitute positions within out-of-hours care (OB-care) may also occur.

You will, together with colleagues and the work team, plan, implement, and follow up on teaching. In your role as a substitute, it is important that you build good relationships with the children and students. Contact and collaboration with guardians is also an important part of the job.

Daily care of the children also includes assistance with toilet visits and diaper changes.

Qualifications

We primarily seek candidates who are trained as after-school center teachers, preschool teachers, or childcare assistants. If you do not have any of these qualifications, we ask that you attach your complete upper secondary school grades. Experience in similar work is advantageous.

You have good collaborative skills, value diversity, and perform your work in a trustworthy manner. You are responsible, confident, and clear in your communication.

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must be able to handle a mobile phone and a computer.
• You must have a basic command of the Swedish language, both spoken and written. As part of the recruitment process, we therefore conduct a language and language comprehension test to ensure this. Other Information

Do you want to influence your salary? Then you should submit copies of your grades and employment certificates. An employment certificate is a document written by previous employers confirming that you were employed and during which period. Previous work experience is also relevant for your salary setting. If we do not receive any grades or certificates from you, your starting salary will be set based on the information we may already have about you.

The job is a hourly substitute position based on need, primarily from autumn 2026 onwards.
