We are currently looking for a teacher with an interest in special education or a special needs teacher who wishes to work in a class within subjects in adapted primary school starting this autumn. The role involves responsibility for planning, implementing, and evaluating teaching at both group and individual levels, based on the students' needs and prerequisites. The work is characterized by a clarifying pedagogy as well as alternative and augmentative communication.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have a primary school teacher degree with broad subject knowledge in core subjects for grades 1-6, or alternatively, have education as a special needs teacher. If you are currently a primary school teacher, we see it as an advantage if you have an interest in special pedagogy and are interested in further educating yourself to become a special needs teacher.

For this role, you need to have experience working with clarifying pedagogy and feel comfortable with it as a method and approach. Since digital tools are an important part of our teaching, you need to be familiar with ICT both in teaching and as a work tool.

We are looking for you who are comfortable in the role of a leader and who can create clear conditions in the classroom with a focus on students' learning and development. You have an inclusive perspective and the ability to see how the individual student's needs can best be met.

You see development work as a natural part of the teaching job and wish to collaborate with the school's other educators. With a relationship-building approach and clarity, you show the way forward for the entire work team and the students. Your new workplace

The adapted primary school in Partille Municipality is located at two primary schools in Öjersjö, Storegård, and Brunn. The schools are situated in a very pleasant and expanding area with proximity to the city and nature. We have a pleasant work environment in modern and purposeful premises. Currently, we have 84 students in our operations in grades 1-9, and in the autumn of 2026, our operations will be expanded.

In our operations, we believe in distributed leadership, and our development work is a large part of our culture, which has created high engagement among all employees. We have a comprehensive systematic quality work with a focus on language and reading development with the aim that all students should reach as far as possible from a life perspective.

The school's student health team works close to the operations and engaged directly with both students, work teams, and guardians. The work is permeated by a high focus on school development and interprofessional work.
