Do you want to develop advanced test systems for complex electronics in a technically challenging environment? We are now looking for a Test Developer who wants to take a key role in the development and improvement of automated test solutions for future products. With our client, you will work closely with both R&D and production in an experienced engineering team where you have great opportunities to influence working methods, test strategies, and technical solutions. The role is focused on test development and improvement of test systems – not operational test running.

In this role, you are responsible for the development, implementation, and further development of test systems for electronics, PCBA boards, and cabling. You work with advanced test equipment and ensure that the test solutions maintain high quality, are scalable, and meet the business's needs over time. You will play an important role in structuring and standardizing test development processes together with R&D and other technical functions. You will among other things:

• Develop and implement automated test systems for electronics and PCBA
• Design and further develop test solutions for new and existing products
• Work on development in LabVIEW for new and existing test equipment
• Ensure that test systems and equipment are kept up-to-date and future-proof
• Create technical documentation and instructions for production
• Drive improvement and standardization work within test development together with R&D
• Act as a technical specialist and support within test systems and test methodology

• Have a university degree or Master of Science in Engineering in electrical engineering or a similar field
• Have at least one year of experience in developing hardware-based test systems
• Have experience with LabVIEW
• Have a good understanding of test methodology and TDS (Test Data Specifications)
• Have good technical understanding of electronics and troubleshooting
• Speak and write fluently in Swedish and English
