Your Role
As an experienced accounting consultant at Aspia, you have a business-oriented and independent role where you combine qualified accounting work with clear customer responsibility. You work on behalf of the customer and get the opportunity to work with companies in various industries. The work takes place both from our own office and at the customer's premises, and may also include interim assignments. We work in teams on our assignments, and as an experienced consultant, you play a key role in supporting and coaching more junior colleagues. You have significant responsibility for ensuring high quality in the delivery and for customer satisfaction. Your tasks include, among other things:
- Prepare financial statements and annual reports of a more complex nature
- Prepare income tax returns for individuals and legal entities
- Quality assurance of annual accounts and tax returns
- Ongoing reporting to the customer
- Consultations and customer advisory
You lead and drive your own customer assignments and have overall responsibility for the delivery. This means you plan and structure the work, lead the team around the customer, follow up on assignments, and are responsible for budget, profitability, and quality. You manage communication both externally with the customer and internally within the team. In this role, you act as a professional sounding board and a business advisor. You are responsible for building and developing long-term customer relationships, with both existing and new customers. You have close and continuous contact with the customer, understand their needs, and actively contribute to the development of their business.
Who are you?
We are looking for you who:
- Have a relevant education and knowledge within economics.
- Have several years of experience in similar tasks, e.g., qualified accounting work, and are accustomed to preparing financial statements, tax returns, and annual reports.
- We would prefer that you have experience working at an accounting or auditing firm.
- You have an interest in business advisory and thrive in a role with customer responsibility and building customer relationships.
- If you are an authorized accounting consultant or an authorized auditor, we view this as a merit.

Practical information about the position: Location: Skövde or Lidköping. We offer hybrid work. Start date: According to agreement. Scope: Full-time
