ABOUT THE POSITION

At Inre Kraft, we are looking for you who want to work as a personal assistant for our client in Luleå. We are currently seeking temporary staff.

You will primarily work day shifts on weekdays and weekends. After working with the client for a while, there is an opportunity to work night shifts if you wish.

The working hours are as follows:

  • Primarily 08:00–17:00

Start date is by agreement, and we would appreciate it if you could start the introduction immediately.

ABOUT THE CLIENT

The client is a woman in her mid-20s living centrally in Luleå. She has extensive care needs and requires support in most areas of her daily life. The client lacks verbal ability but communicates using her eyes, sounds, and body language.

The duties include:

  • Support with daily routines, including household chores

  • Assistance with personal hygiene, dressing/undressing, and meals

  • Help and support with communication

  • Activities

The client uses a wheelchair and lifting equipment.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about working with people and can analyze the needs of others. Furthermore, you should be attentive, proactive, reliable, and engaged. Chemistry with the client is crucial.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in personal assistance/care

Employment level: Temporary staff as needed

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other benefits in accordance with collective agreements.

Your application will be read by employees at Inre Kraft, the client, and relatives. The selection process is ongoing, and the position may be filled before the final application date. We warmly welcome your application.

To be employed by us at Inre Kraft, you need to have a BankID and agree to use your BankID in the role. A prerequisite for starting employment with us is that you can present a valid ID document and/or submit a certificate of personal details (personbevis) as well as any documents proving your right to work in Sweden. You can easily download the certificate of personal details from the Swedish Tax Agency's website. To work as a personal assistant, you must be at least 18 years old.

If you are to work with children and young people under 18, you are required to present an extract from the criminal record. From March 1, 2026, new regulations will apply, meaning the register check will include both extracts from the criminal record and extracts from the suspicion register. The extract is ordered via the Police Authority's e-service. Note that processing times may vary, so it is advisable to order well in advance.

We recommend that you ensure you have current extracts in accordance with current legislation and the new rules coming into force on March 1, 2026.
