Who are we looking for?

We are looking for YOU, just as you are! Chemistry between the client and the employee is highly valued by us, so we seek employees with different personality types, ages, and leisure interests. We appreciate it if you have experience with NPD (Neurodevelopmental Disorders) diagnoses (through relatives or work); you often have more experience than you think. We require proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written.

What does the job as a relief caregiver/escort involve?

Working as a relief caregiver means working in the home or its immediate vicinity to relieve relatives of a person with a disability. This allows relatives to have personal time, either alone or together.

Working as an escort means accompanying a client with a disability on various activities outside the home. This can range from visiting the gym, shopping, or going for coffee.

Scope of the position?

The positions are hourly-based, and the number of hours per month may vary depending on the client's needs (from 6 hours/month). Therefore, this is suitable as a side job alongside studies or other employment. The tasks are often performed in the afternoons, evenings, or on weekends.

According to the Act on Register Checks and God Omsorg's policy, anyone working with minors must present an extract from the police's criminal and suspicion register before employment.
