About the role

As a Career Manager, you are responsible for the entire delivery process; from requirement profiles, search, interviews, candidate presentations, placement, and finally follow-up. To find the right employee, we work almost exclusively with search. This is fun and challenging, which you must also enjoy. We also work to find the next right employer for candidates in IT and Tech through dialogue. The candidate simply outsources their job search to us.

For example, you will:

• Plan and drive your recruitment processes from start to finish

• Nurture candidate and client relationships through close collaboration and relationship building

• Identify new needs among existing clients and contribute to improving our processes

• Follow up on ongoing deliveries with clients and consultants to ensure well-being, development, and a good work environment

We are looking for you who:

• Have experience in recruitment, preferably within IT/Tech/Engineering

• Master English and Swedish in both speech and writing

• Are passionate about meeting people and are good at building relationships

• Enjoy working with results and driving things to completion

• Are accustomed to working with digital tools
