Your responsibilities

You will become part of a dedicated finance team where you will have the opportunity to work with both routine tasks and more qualified parts of the financial flow.

• Handle and book supplier invoices
• Check invoices against purchase orders
• Post invoices and ensure correct handling
• Follow up, investigate, and handle discrepancies
• Answer invoice inquiries externally and internally
• Handle incoming cases via email and phone
• Contribute to the development and efficiency of processes and working methods

You will have ongoing contact with other functions such as procurement, accounting, controllers, project managers, and suppliers, ensuring quality and customer satisfaction in the processes. This role is suitable for you who thrive on taking initiative, working in a structured manner, and contributing to continuous improvements.

Your profile

We are looking for someone who has:

• Post-secondary education in economics or finance
• Experience with supplier accounts, customer accounts, or other financial administration, or alternatively, a recent graduate with a strong interest in finance
• Good system competence and ease in adapting to new working methods
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

The position requires that you undergo and pass the security clearance checks according to current regulations. For positions where Saab requires security classification, this may, in some cases, entail citizenship requirements.
