In the role of Scaffolding Foreman, you are responsible for planning, leading, and following up on scaffolding construction in projects across large parts of Sweden. The role is central to production and involves close collaboration with fitters, project management, sales, customers, and suppliers.

Your main responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate scaffolding construction.
• Lead and staff scaffolding fitters.
• Be responsible for materials, logistics, and workflows.
• Ensure safety, quality, and schedules.
• Act as the link between sales, project management, and construction teams.

To succeed in this role, we believe you have:

• Approx. 5 years of experience with construction scaffolding.
• Experience with Layher, Peri, and frame scaffolding.
• Experience working with multiple projects in parallel.
• STIB or equivalent scaffolding training.
• Valid driver's license (Category B).
• Experience with CAD drawings.

We are looking for someone who is structured, solution-oriented, and confident in your role as a foreman. You are stress-resistant, clear in your communication, and have the ability to make quick decisions in a production-oriented environment.
