About the Role

As a refrigeration technician with us, you work both operationally and strategically with our cooling systems. You are responsible for everything from preventive and corrective maintenance to troubleshooting, repairs, and optimization of the facilities.

You work in modern technical environments, together with knowledgeable colleagues, where knowledge sharing, structure, and safety are a natural part of everyday life. The role offers room to deepen your technical competence over time and contribute to improvements in operations.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Supervision, maintenance, repair, and periodic leak detection of cooling units.
• Planned maintenance such as troubleshooting, filter replacement, and corrective actions.
• Assistance with documentation and reporting to authorities.

Who are you?

We are looking for you who are a confident and experienced refrigeration technician who takes responsibility for your work and appreciates order, quality, and collaboration. You are solution-oriented, have an eye for operational reliability, and thrive in an environment where you work closely with both colleagues and customers.

You are service-oriented without compromising on technology, communicate clearly, and function well in teams where people support each other in everyday life.

We see that you have:

• At least 5 years of experience as a refrigeration technician, with good experience in service, repair, and troubleshooting
• Refrigeration technician certificate, category 1
• Category B driver's license
• Good computer skills and experience working with digital tools in everyday life
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, to work safely and follow regulations

Experience with pressure testing is an advantage.

About the Position

• Working hours: Monday - Friday 07-16
• Workplace: Trollhättan
• Start date: According to agreement
• Probation period: 6 months

The role is placed in a security class and a security clearance according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585) will be conducted before employment.
