Your role

As Site Manager, you will be given great trust and a lot of freedom. You will drive your projects independently – from start to finish – and lead your work team with the support of engaged colleagues and foremen. Here, you have the opportunity to truly influence both working methods and results.

You report directly to the Construction Manager and become a key person in the company's continued development.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a few years of experience driving construction projects and thrives in an environment where team spirit and responsibility go hand in hand.
• Is accustomed to leading both people and projects.
• Has good financial understanding and a practical grasp of the work.
• Has a valid driver's license (Category B).

You are a person who:

• Enjoys collaborating and working closely with your work team.
• Has the ability to plan and structure while remaining flexible.
• Is solution-oriented and confident in your decisions.
