Your Role

As a Site Manager, you will receive great trust and a lot of freedom. You drive your projects independently – from start to finish – and lead your work team with support from engaged colleagues and foremen. Here, you have the opportunity to truly influence both working methods and results.

You report directly to the Construction Manager and become a key person in the company's continued development.

We are looking for you who:

• Have a few years of experience driving construction projects and thrive in an environment where team spirit and responsibility go hand in hand.
• Are accustomed to leading both people and projects.
• Have good financial understanding and a practical grasp of the work.
• Hold a valid driver's license (Category B).

You are a person who:

• Enjoys collaborating and working closely with your work team.
• Has the ability to plan, structure, and remain flexible at the same time.
• Is solution-oriented and confident in your decisions.
