Ramboll is now looking for an engaged Construction Manager who wants to become a key person in our competent team of approximately ten people in the Gothenburg area. If you have previous experience with setting out and want to develop in a group that truly cares about their work, this is the perfect role for you. As a Construction Manager with us, you will become an important part of Road Survey Technology (RST) - Northern Europe's leading consultant in road maintenance.

In your daily work, you will collaborate closely and productively with the Swedish Transport Administration's project managers and their hired contractors. Your main tasks range from performing thorough action inventories and working in the Swedish Transport Administration's LINA system, to managing setting out and pricking, as well as actively participating in meetings, follow-ups, and inspections.

To thrive and succeed in the role, we see that you are living in or near Gothenburg and that you are a solution-oriented person with a genuine interest in technology. Since this is a dynamic seasonal job where both evening and night shifts are included in the position, it is important that you are flexible with your working hours. You have good computer skills, strong planning abilities, and are accustomed to taking significant personal responsibility for your assignments. Furthermore, you have excellent communication skills and an engaging commitment that is contagious, making you the stable link we are looking for between the authority and the contractor.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience working in the road marking industry
• Experience with setting out using a pricking vehicle
• Good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing
• Category B driver's license
