Job Responsibilities

At UBAB, you work in clear teams together with colleagues where you help each other in the daily work. Here you are involved in manufacturing concrete elements from start to finished product and see the results of what you do every day. Your main responsibilities:

• Formwork
• Reinforcement
• Pouring of concrete elements

You do not need long experience. The most important thing is that you have an interest, good manual skills, and a desire to develop; the rest you can learn on the job. Background and Personal Qualities

We are looking for you who are good at working in teams, you are good at following instructions and are ready to develop! You might feel that you do not meet all the requirements in the advertisement, apply anyway! For us, the most important thing is that you believe you can learn. To thrive in this role, we would like you to have:

• Tool proficiency.
• Driver's license and car.
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Basic understanding of numbers and ability to read drawings.
• A background in construction and civil engineering or the manufacturing industry. (Advantageous)

To fit the position, you should enjoy physical work, be meticulous and flexible regarding new tasks, and quickly find solutions to problems that may arise.
