Vacse is looking for a Technical Property Manager

Vacse is now seeking a Technical Property Manager who wants to take on a key role in further developing an exciting portfolio of properties with socially vital operations as tenants.

About the role

As a Technical Property Manager at Vacse, you are responsible for ensuring efficient and high-quality technical management of the company's property portfolio. You work proactively with operations, maintenance, and development of the properties, focusing on long-term sustainability and value creation. You will become a key part of driving technical improvements, energy efficiency measures, and digital development within the portfolio.

Based out of our office in central Stockholm, you will, together with a Commercial Property Manager, be responsible for a number of properties located from Falun to Malmö.

The role involves some travel, and Vacse travels in a climate-smart manner.

Main responsibilities

• Act as a present and engaged technical contact in dialogue with our tenants, and participate in quarterly meetings together with the Commercial Property Manager.
• Ensure quality, efficiency, and contractual compliance in the delivery from the external operations organization, while actively developing the collaboration.
• Drive tenant adaptations and maintenance projects with a focus on quality, progress, and business benefit.
• Be responsible for and further develop maintenance planning in close cooperation with management and operations.
• Monitor energy data and initiate and implement measures to reduce energy consumption in the property portfolio.
• Ensure that the properties meet legal requirements and technical requirements related to property ownership responsibilities.
• Actively contribute to the development of working methods, processes, and digital solutions within the management organization.
• Be an active part of the project team and act as a technical advisor in installation matters, responsible for ensuring technical quality and long-term manageability.
• Act as a technical expert during acquisitions and contribute to quality-assured handovers from project to management and operations.

Who are you?

To succeed in this role, we are looking for you who have education in technical property management or equivalent experience as assessed by the employer. You have several years of experience from the real estate industry in a role with technical responsibility for commercial properties.

You have a good understanding of property operations, installations, energy monitoring, and maintenance planning, as well as experience in driving smaller projects and tenant adaptations. Experience working with security-classified properties is an advantage.

As a person, you are self-reliant, analytical, and solution-oriented. You work in a structured manner and have the ability to drive issues forward while being unpretentious and collaborative. The role involves many contact surfaces, so it is important that you are communicative and enjoy building long-term relationships with both tenants and colleagues and suppliers.
